Don't give permission for police to do anything... Know your rights!!!

VINELAND, NJ -- A city man gave police permission to drive his car even though it contained cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana, authorities said.
Police said they pulled over Antwuam Cradle's car Friday night because the driver had several outstanding warrants. But an officer offered to move his vehicle so it wouldn't be towed, according to a police report.
The 35-year-old Vassar Place man agreed and thanked the police, the report said. But when an officer entered the black 2002 Honda Accord, he immediately smelled the odor of marijuana, the report said.
Police asked about the smell and Cradle admitted he had marijuana in his backpack, the report said.
Police then had the car so it could be fully inspected. During their search, officers also discovered cocaine, ecstasy, more than an ounce of marijuana, $777 cash and small plastic sandwich bags, the report said.
Police arrested Cradle and charged him with possession of and intent to distribute the drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $20,000 bail in Cumberland County Jail.
Police had first spotted Cradle at 11:09 p.m. Friday after he parked the car at Chestnut Square Apartments on the first block of West Chestnut Avenue. Cradle told police he was waiting to pick up a friend. But police soon discovered he had several outstanding warrants and pulled him over, the report said.

Women!!!
So, I saw this posted on some forum. And rather than make you go to the forum, I'll post the first two posts ...
Woman says: So, my boyfriend bought a '96 Cherokee (XJ) SE, for way too much, like around $3,000. It broke down and he has put another $2,500 in it and totally rebuilt the engine and did a lot of after market work on it. He has and will do all the labor himself, he refuses to pay for labor. Now, he finds out that the motor needs to be taken back out and fixed again and is looking at another $700. I said he should just sell it and wipe his hands clean, he says he won't make enough.
Firstly, what is your guys' opinion on what he should do? Secondly, how much do you think he could make parting it versus just the whole car as is?

Shut the hell up. You’re not his wife. You’re not paying for the repairs. It’s absolutely none of your business what he does with his Jeep or his money. I know your type well… first it’s “Sell the Jeep because it’s costing too much money.” Then it’s “No, you can’t go spend the weekend with your buddies because I need you to take me shopping.” Then it’s “Oh gee, honey… I’m pregnant. Gosh, I have no idea how that happened.”
You’re a DreamKiller. You kill a guy’s dreams, take away his future, tie him down with a fat mortgage and too many babies, and turn him into just another miserable guy wondering, “How the hell did I get here?”
Do you really want to help him? Here’s what you do… go to your local library (it’s a big building with books inside) and check out a couple of books on rebuilding engines. Read them, over and over, until YOU understand what needs to be done. Then help him get that engine out and rebuild it. Tie your hair back in a ponytail, put on some old jeans and get your hands dirty. Hand him wrenches, hold the light, pull the wire connectors apart, help him get the hood off… help him with anything he needs. When he gets tired, run inside and make him a hot lunch or dinner. Fix him coffee, hot chocolate, whatever he wants. (But NO beer. Beer is for when the job is done.)
Then when the day is over and you’re both exhausted from working on the engine, push him into a hot shower and jump in with him. Scrub his back, wash his hair, rinse him off, and dry him with fluffy towels still hot from the dryer. Then push him into bed and screw his ears off. Then get up the next day and do it all over again.
Make him realize that rebuilding an engine is a slow and methodical process. Make him realize that every step should be regarded as surgery; every step must be perfect… perfect torque, perfect fit, perfectly clean. If you run into a step that you just can’t figure out, ask for help from someone who knows what he’s doing. Are you cute? Put on a low-cut top, show some cleavage and go (by yourself) to the local Jeep shop, and explain to the guys that you are helping your boyfriend to rebuild his engine and neither of you can figure out this one little step, and do they have any advice…

Rapper turned internet thug!!! LOL ... Not really!!
A Lehigh County man who allegedly threatened to harm his estranged wife, Dorney Park goers, an FBI agent and a Kindergarten class in his Facebook posts faces federal charges of “interstate communication of threats.”
The self-proclaimed “aspiring rapper” has claimed that his Facebook posts were “fictitious lyrics” and he was only exercising his “constitutional right to free speech,” reports the Morning Call.
Anthony Douglas Elonis, 27, of Lower Saucon, Pa., who has been in custody since December, was charged by a federal grand jury with five counts of interstate communication threats Jan. 5. The accusations against Elonis influenced U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry S. Perkin to call the former Dorney Park employee a flight risk and a “danger to society,” reports the Morning Call.
In October and November Elonis allegedly posted threatening messages about Dorney Park after he lost his job.
On Nov. 15, Elonis allegedly wrote, “Fold up your (order of protection) and put it in your pocket/Is it thick enough to stop a bullet?... And if worse comes to worse, I've got enough explosives to take care of the state police and the sheriff's department." Authorities say this was directed at his estranged wife.
On Nov. 16, the Lehigh County man allegedly wrote, "That's it, I've had about enough. I'm checking out and making a name for myself. Enough elementary schools in a 10-mile radius to initiate the most heinous school shooting ever imagined. And hell hath no fury like a crazy man in a Kindergarten class. The only question is ... which one?" reports the Morning Call.
Authorities have not said whether Elonis had tried to follow through on any of these alleged threats. If convicted the 27-year-old faces as much as 25 years in prison.

Every tyke's tricycle, hipster's track bike and jock's mountain bike in New Jersey must bear a license plate, if state Assemblywoman Cleopatra Tucker (D-Essex) has her way.
The New Jersey lawmaker is proposing a law that will require every bicycle rider in the state to pay $10 a year to register his or her bike with the Division of Motor Vehicles, reports NJ.com.
To prove that they have registered their "motor vehicles," each rider will have to attach a license plate to their human-powered transportation that would read "BICYCLE," reports NJ.com.
Tucker says that her bicycle-plate bill was inspired by several senior citizens who called her and complained about kids on bikes.
"They had been knocked down, knocked over and they had no way to register a complaint. They couldn’t identify the person," Tucker told NJ.com.
All bikers registering their "vehicle" would have to provide information such as the year, model, color, weight, serial number, owner’s address, date purchased and amount of state sales tax they paid on it, reports NJ.com.
"I believe it’s unenforceable. It’s cumbersome," owner of Montclair Bikery Gerry Magrini told NJ.com. "I don’t see any benefit to it at all, even from a revenue standpoint," he said.

Trenton woman nabbed with 32 bags of crack at courthouse
A woman was arrested Tuesday when she tried to enter the County's criminal courthouse with 32 bags of crack cocaine.
Rakisha Meyers set off the metal detector when entering the courthouse, and when Mercer County Sheriff's Officer Ricardo Hernandez asked her what she might have, she reached in her coat pocket to pull out some loose change.
But along with the change, Meyers pulled out a baggie that Hernandez could see containing what appeared to be crack.
Meyers, realizing that she pulled out the baggie, tried to stuff it back in her pocket, and she tried to turn and leave, pushing her way through a crowd of people who had been waiting to enter through the checkpoint.
Hernandez stopped Meyers immediately and retrieved the bag, which contained 32 smaller baggies of crack cocaine equaling a total weight of about 12.5 grams.

When facebooking goes wrong!!!
An Indianapolis woman, Shemicka McVey, stabbed her boyfriend, Maurice Davenport, during an argument after he wouldn't let her see his Facebook page. That takes Superpoking a step too far. Doesn't he know he can just erase things from his wall? He needs to create two pages!! LOL ...
